* We offer home mortgages with a down payment as low as 3.5% through a Federal Housing Administration (FHA) loan program. An example of such a loan is as follows: To purchase a $200,000 home, we would finance 96.5% or $191,437.43. Your down payment would be $7,000. To repay the principle and interest due on this loan, you would need to make 359 payments of $1,084.40 and 1 payment of $1,085.29. Payments do not include taxes and insurance and the actual payment will be higher. The interest rate associated with this example loan is 5.25% and is fixed for the entire term of the loan. The actual rate you will receive depends on a number of factors, including your credit and the interest rate environment at the time you lock your rate.
