Urban Trust Bank is pleased to offer e-statements, a convenient, safe and environmentally-friendly alternative to traditional mailed bank statements that is available through online banking. By signing up for e-statements, you will receive an email notification when your e-statement is available and can access your e-statement online in the comfort of your home or office. To view your e-statement, simply access your bank account online, and select “estatements.” Each e-statement will be available online for 18 months.  

You can sign up for e-statements quickly and conveniently by clicking on the “e-statement” tab within online banking and following the brief instructions.  Once you enroll in e-statements, you will begin receiving your statements electronically rather than by mail. You will be notified by email each time your e-statement is ready.

Response: If you need a permanent copy of your statement, please print your e-statement from your personal computer.
