These mortgages can be set for 15 or 30, or even 40 years. With a fixed rate loan, you’ll know what your monthly payment is at all times—it won’t change over the life of the loan. We are able to offer 100% financing* to many customers.

FHA & VA MORTGAGES
FHA offers down payments as low as 3.5% with flexible underwriting and credit standards. Qualified veterans, reservists and active duty personnel are eligible for no-money-down VA loans. These can be used on refinances or purchases.
