* We offer home mortgages with a down payment as low as 3.5% through a Federal Housing Administration (FHA) loan program. An example of such a loan is as follows: To purchase a $200,000 home, we would finance 96.5% or $191,437.43. Your down payment would be $7,000. To repay the principle and interest due on this loan, you would need to make 359 payments of $1,084.40 and 1 payment of $1,085.29.
