ANGELO R. PALOMBI
Mr. Palombi is an independent financial services business consultant with 40 years of financial services and related experience. He has served in various capacities as a senior officer for a multibank holding company, financial institutions and a credit card service bureau as well as a strategic consultant.
He started his financial services career in banking systems in Philadelphia. Later he became MIS Director and bank operations senior officer in Wilmington Delaware. After over two decades in bank operations he became a senior officer of a credit and debit card service bureau. He then joined a Big 8 firm and was responsible for a financial service strategic consulting practice focused on the debit and credit card market.
Mr. Palombi joined a private investor backed bank holding company and helped establish and expand two financial institutions, a credit card service bureau, a leasing company and a mortgage company. He was a senior officer of the holding company and CEO of the credit card and leasing companies. He was instrumental in the spin off, sale and a public offering of the banks and the holding company subsidiaries.
Most recently he has been involved in financial services start-ups as well as merger and acquisition activities.
Mr. Palombi is a graduate of La Salle University in Philadelphia and a U. S. Army veteran.
