ROYCE B. WALDEN
Royce B. Walden is a Retired Educator and Investment Banker. He was appointed by Robert L. Johnson to the Board of Directors of Urban Trust Bank.
Walden received his bachelor's degree from Florida A. & M. University and his Master's Degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to his service on the Urban Trust Bank Board, Walden served on the following Bank Boards: Washington Shores Saving and Loan Association, Metro Saving Bank, and The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, Jacksonville Branch.
Walden has a long career of public service, beginning with his service in the U.S. Army. Walden was a surgical technician who treated newly arriving soldiers from Korea who had suffered debilitating burn injuries.
Currently, Walden serves on the following Boards: Florida Bar Foundation, Florida Citrus Sports, and an Emeritus Member of the Florida Board of Bar Examiners.
